3 year postdoc - role of chromosome interactions in T cell differentiation

Description

Three year postdoc position in a starting group in the IGBMC, Strasbourg, to use 3C/Hi-C-based and other genome-wide approaches to study the role of spatial chromatin organisation in T cell differentiation. Start date: January/February 2014.

The IGBMC is a vibrant, internationally renowned institute with an excellent research infrastructure in terms of platforms, scientific services and a network of research groups with diverse interests, many spanning the wide range of epigenetics topics. Qualifications

PhD in a relevant molecular biology topic, or in immunology combined with a keen interest to learn more about chromatin and epigenetics.
Previous experience in bioinformatics and/or immunology is highly desirable.
