Institute of Human Genetics, Montpellier, FranceDescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and productive engineer with bioinformatics and biostatistics skills. Our group studies meiotic recombination, a phenomenon allowing for transmission and variation of genetic information between generations in sexually reproducing species, and its implication on genome evolution. QualificationsCandidates should hold a master degree or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, Population Genetics or a closely related discipline, and are expected to demonstrate good programming and statistical skills as well as strong interest for biological questions.
