German Cancer Research Center, Heidelberg, GermanyDescriptionThe German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) invites applications for 10 two-year Postdoctoral Fellowships in Cancer Research. This program provides interdisciplinary training and research opportunities in state-of-the-art research facilities for excellent young scientists, no longer than 2 years past graduation, who wish to QualificationsFor applications a qualification equivalent to a PhD or MD (Dr. rer. nat., Dr. med.) is requested from all applicants. Candidates should be at an early stage of their career, having held a PhD no longer than 2 years. Applicants are selected in a competitive process. Most important selection criteria are academic quality, an outstanding publication track record, and prizes or awards. SalaryThe salary will be negotiated on an individual basis and is confirmed durint the negotiation phase should a position be offered. Application detailsThe application material (including a one page statement of research interests, curriculum vitae, copy of latest degree certificate and two letters of recommendation) needs to be submitted in English.
